Memories :]

UP

This movie, i thought was by far one of Pixar's best movies. So much real emotion for a kids movie, i'm not going to lie i cried 3 times. The land scape they created of Paradise falls was beautiful but you cant go wrong with a Pixar landscape or setting. And most of all the story line is amazingly done. The sadness this oldman possesses and his will to fulfill a promise he finally has time to complete, that suddenly leads to an adventure like no other. This movie is truly touching. The trailer gave me no idea what Up had in store for us. If you havent watched this beautiful masterpiece, GO WATCH IT
for me the line up for pixar movies is
1. Toy Story
2. Up
3.Wall-E
By the WAY I DONT LOOK LIKE THE FAT ASIAN KID

Soooo yeahhhh...

So back when I did the presentation for Seven Samurai, I had brought in my own dvds. Weisback unknowingly let Courtney borrow them and that was fine by me. But since then apparently the dvd's have been passed around. I really don't care who has them, just as long as I can get them back. If anyone can lend a hand that'd be great. I know a ton of the film institute isn't going to see this post but those who do, can you talk with the others and see what you can do? Thanks for everything.

He's back!...

"TETRO is Francis Ford Coppola's first original screenplay since THE CONVERSATION. It is his most personal film yet, arising from memories and emotions from his early life, though totally fictional. It is the bittersweet story of two brothers, of family lost and found and the conflicts and secrets within a highly creative Argentine-Italian family."

Up

Surprised no one's posted anything about this yet.

Saw it opening night (bad idea, why do I keep doing that.) I'd say it was a really good Pixar flick, worthy of their reputation, but unfortunately not as good as Wall-e.

I did damn near shed a tear over the first 15-20 minutes, though. Damn, Pixar.
