Also, according to the NY Times (9/1), Disney now has a partnership with Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, and 2oth Century Fox. But the real winner seems to be Marvel's CEO Carl Icahn - he will receive $1.44 billion in cash and Disney stock!! WOW
all hope isn't lost, however, because apparently the relationship between disney and them will be very hands-off, kind of like how they deal with pixar.
