-Rob Zombie's "Halloween II" -"Inglorious Basterds" -"Where the Wild Things Are" -"Up in the Air" -"The Road" -"The Hurt Locker" -"(500) Days of Summer" -"Coraline" -"Drag Me to Hell"
This year disappointed me more than anything and anything worth seeing I didn't get a chance to go see. If I were to choose favorites this year it would like this-
1. Inglourious Basterds 2. Watchmen 3. Drag Me to Hell 4. Coraline 5. Zombieland 6. Ponyo 7. Sherlock Holmes
I have had no means to see the following but I'm interested- 1. Hurt Locker 2. Invictus 3. Crazy Heart 4. Up in the Air 5. Whip It 6. A Serious Man 7. The Road 8. District 9 9. Public Enemies 10. The Hangover 11. Bad Lieutenant
I know I'm a huge loser and I didn't have money but whatever. I'll live with it.
I gave up on contemporary movies, so ive stopped going to the theaters in order to avoid the disappointing feeling afterwards and an empty pocket. So maybe i missed a few good ones, but i have seen some of the ones listed here and they weren't impressive at all. The one time I can think of walking out satisfied from the theaters was when i was Michael Moore's sicko.oh darn, i just looked it up and that came out in 2007.
