H1N1 Continuity Plans

In the event that Oakcrest experiences an emergency closing, you will follow the plan outlined here and submit assignments upon our return to school.

Choose a genre from the list below. Watch two movies of your choice from the genre. Be sure to watch closely, even if you have seen them already. Remember to take an auteur's approach.

Write a criticism of the films using a comparison/contrast method. In other words, evaluate for theme and social significance based on common elements.

Genre Examples...can be the broad standards like (action, adventure, drama, horror, suspense, thriller, sci fi, family, romance, comedy, film noir, etc) or more specific (road movie, buddy movie, cop drama, zombie movie, mob movie, screwball comedy, superhero, teen movie, etc)
