Could Work, or fail miserably. the older movies weren't much of an eye popper, they were more of a story line. not much to 3-D format from in episodes 4~6.
Although using 3D for Star Wars does sort of make sense and has a good chance of working out well, it's still really annoying that EVERYTHING HAS to be in 3D these days.
