The Most Impressive Piece of Performance Art I have Ever Seen

Dave Letterman Was In On The Joaquin Phoenix Hoax, Too

  1. I thought this was brilliant. The uninterested peers in class are just mere products of the mainstream obsession. Not hearing his name in a movie in the last 4 months = dead in the hollywood mainstream world apparently. He sacrificed an entire year of his life, public and private, just to prove a point and that took some gut.

  3. I followed this from the beginning. I don't know what was more impressive- I'm Still Here or Phoenix's appearance on Letterman. Phoenix vs. Day-Lewis? Damn close.

  4. wait! Greg, without seeing your face, I can't tell if you are being sarcastic or not. Did you like it? I want to see it. For the first time in a while, actually, there is a list of movies out I want to see: Social Network, I'm Still Here, The Town, Waiting... Superman and um...something else I am forgetting.

  5. Haha no I really loved it, I checked up on him constantly. I'm Still Here was really incredible, I suggest making it a top priority before the Michael Cera impersonator and the rest of 'em. On Letterman there were a couple flaws you could pick up on in his demeanor but were so miniscule they weren't enough to spoil his persona, the documentary essentially immaculate and VERY well made. But I miss you bud! I'll be visiting soon with Jobin and possibly other infamous Institute alumni! hahah
