  1. "The weekend after Halloween, the holiday hits start rolling like egg nog from the candy mountains."

Why in the world would a mountain of candy be excreting egg nog?

  3. lol. a few years ago, I got into a huge debate with my sister that the line, "feed the wooorrrlllldd" was in fact NOT, as she thought, "we knooooooooowwwwwwww."
I shouldn't be surprised. She thought Elton John used to sing "Hold me closer, Tony Danzzzaaa"

  4. Mama Cass!
"Where the Wild Things Are" has been due for relase for a WHILE...
The film was finished, but advanced screenings claimed the film was 'too creepy, dark & SCARY for a children's story'...so, the studio ordered them to reshoot basically the entire thing...
Who knows what the final product we'll see will be like?

  6. My dad recently brought home from work what must be, definitively, the best Christmas Cd of all time, "We Wish You a Metal Christmas, and a Headbanging New Year." This album features classic Christmas songs done the way they always should have been: as heavy metal. Because after all, what is Christmas really without getting to hear Lemmy's gravelly voice singing "Run Rudolph Run," let alone Alice Cooper's classic "Santa Claws is Coming to Town." Costal, I think we have some new standards for future generations.

  7. The place where I work has a 25 minute loop of music that plays. And every month, we get a new CD to play from the head of the company. The Christmas music this month is TERRIBLE, and is filled with every pop remix of every classic Christmas song you can imagine, 'My Chirstmas List' by Simple Plan being one of the worst of them. It also includes a techno remix of Andy William's 'It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year'. It's absolutely horrendous, Costal.

And I know you only have room for 4 movies on the polls in the blog, but please don't forget White Christmas! That's def. my favorite holiday film. Bing Crosby/Danny Kaye <3

  9. Yes, they are so ca-ute! :} Last time I saw Finn he had peach fuzz baby hair ... also last time, he was very upset that someone popped a water balloon on his head. He was still cute, regardless.
